Ordinance 2018-10, approved by City Council on May 23,Â 2018, amended the Cityâ€™s Zoning Regulations to address Short-Term Rental Properties.Â Ordinance 2018-16, approved by Council on August 22, 2018, establishes licensing regulations to safeguard the public health, safety,Â and welfare by regulating and controlling the use and occupancy of Short-Term Rental properties in the City.Â Â
A valid license is required for each Short-Term Rental in Black Hawk which includes a License-Holder Affidavit of Inspection ensuring compliance with the Code.
