Business/Sales Tax Licensing and Contractor Registration
PLEASE STOP AND READ:
Due to SB22-032, City Council approved Ordinance 2023-3 at their January 25, 2023 meeting, which amends our Business License Code to only issue Business/Sales Tax Licenses with no fee for those with brick-and-mortar businesses operating within the City of Black Hawk, ONLY.
NO OTHER BUSINESS is required to apply or renew their license.
We issued refunds to those that have already applied or renewed for 2023 licenses.
