Commercial Code Enforcement

Community Planning and Development oversees the Commercial Code Enforcement for The City of Black Hawk.  The City has contracted its Code Enforcement services through SAFEbuilt. 

 SAFEbuilt Logo SAFEbuilt provides a full-service Commercial Code Enforcement program including, inspections, writing and sending notices, and meeting with Property Owners with questions.
