Black Hawk City Buildings

The Community Planning and Development Department facilitates a wide range of services.  It is responsible for all Planning and Development, the administration and management of the Building Division, Historic Preservation, the City's Conveyance Program, Code Enforcement, Black Hawk Cleanup Day, Residential Storage Lot, the Exterior Paint Program, Radon Mitigation Program and the Historic Restoration and Community Preservation Fund.
