Risk Management

The management of risk is necessary to protect the City's personnel and assets. Through Risk Management we seek to establish and maintain internal fiscal and policy controls to avert risk to staff and the organization and to ensure that the City is protected from loss, theft and misuse. It is also vital for effective municipal operations, achievement of objectives and reliable reporting and compliance with laws and regulations.
