Conveyance Database
The City of Black Hawk, as the Authority Having Jurisdiction, is responsible for the management and enforcement of the Conveyance Inspections Program. This responsibility includes meeting State of Colorado's request to assure that there is public access to the AHJ's conveyance inspection information.
The link below will access all inspection tickets and certificates from 2020 to present. If an older record is needed or if there are any questions on conveyance inspection documents contact Community Planning and Development at conveyance@cityofblackhawk.org.
