Due to SB22-032, City Council approved Ordinance 2023-3 at their January 25, 2023 meeting, which amends our Business License Code to only issue Business/Sales Tax Licenses with no fee for those with brick-and-mortar businesses operating within the City of Black Hawk, ONLY. At that same meeting, Resolution 8-2023 was also approved, waiving Occupational Tax for brick-and-mortar businesses.
NO OTHER BUSINESS is required to apply or renew their license.
