Community Planning and Development oversees the Commercial Code Enforcement for The City of Black Hawk. The City has contracted its Code Enforcement services through SAFEbuilt.
SAFEbuilt provides a full-service Commercial Code Enforcement program including, inspections, writing and sending notices, and meeting with Property Owners with questions.
