Trash is picked up every THURSDAY morning
May 1st to October 31st
Place trash cans out no earlier than
6:00 AM Thursday morning
November 1st to April 30th
Place trash cans out no earlier than
7:00 PM the DAY BEFORE
Below is a link to ONE WAY INC, trash collection holiday schedule. If an observed holiday falls on our scheduled pickup day (Thursdays), the collection will be completed one day late on a Friday.
Miners Road Dumpsters
The gate around the trash site will remain locked at all times. To request access, call the Public Works Department Monday through Friday from 8:00am-4:00pm at (303) 582-1324. Please allow 15 to 30 minutes for staff to unlock the gate. Residents are responsible for placing trash in the dumpster. Construction and hazardous materials are prohibited
Prohibited Items:
- Car Batteries
- Construction/Demolition Debris
- Rocks, dirt, compost materials
- Items containing Freon
- Paint, Oil, Tires
- Household hazardous waste & liquids*

Reference Ordinance 2012-9:
In the event that a given property's topography cause a property owner to be unable to comply with the provisions of Section 7-171, the only containers that may be exempted from the provisions of Section 7-171 based on such topography are City provided trash containers.
