The City of Black Hawk is a Home Rule City and has adopted the Colorado Municipal Election Code of 1965, Article 10 of Title 31, of the Colorado Revised Statutes.
The regular biennial elections of the City shall be held on the first Tuesday in April, in even-numbered years.
